US customers will be charged US Dollars and Canadian Customers will be charged in Canadian dollars.
How do I order single titles?
Each individual title is available in six copy sets. Simply download a copy of the orderform at the top of the ordering page, fill out your details and send it by fax or post.
Will you add Tax to my invoice?
No. Tax will not be added to any invoice from Flying Start Books.
Where can I locate your Federal Tax Form and/or EIN Number?

Can I charge to my school account?
Yes! We allow schools and districts to order and charge on account with 30 day terms on receipt of an official purchase order.
Can I pay by credit card?
Yes! Order online via our secure server to pay using credit card. Payments are processed by PayPal to ensure your details are safe from fraudulent use. Alternatively, download the order form at the top of this page, complete the credit card payment details and fax to our freefax 1-888-269-4059.
How long will my order take?
Orders will take approx 7-14 days to arrive if sent by fax or email. Orders sent via the postal system will take an additional 7-10 days. We encourage you to fax your order to our free fax number 1-888-269-4059.
How much is shipping?
A shipping charge of 10% of the order value will be added with a minimum shipping charge of $7.50.
Can I return books if I change my mind?
We are unable to accept returns so please choose carefully. Of course, we will replace items that are faulty or not as ordered.
